Well that was the worst race I have seen in years and the worst Russian GP so far.

The Russian GP is back for the fourth time, and in all previous races Mercedes have won the race.

Once labelled a ‘first lap nutcase’ by Mark Webber following a collision at Suzuka in 2012, Romain Grosjean’s career looked like it would not progress. First of all, apologies for the late Russian GP stats, I haven’t been feeling too well recently and still not great now but they have to be done. Anyway, this is the third Russian GP, and only six months since the last one as the F1 calendar was mixed up quite a bit this season.

A rather dull Russian GP really, Rosberg started and pole and looked to keep the lead right up until his car stopped working.

Well there aren’t really that many stats with the Russian GP as the first one was only last year, but here goes!

Right, Russian GP, always easy to write stats for a track that’s never been used, even harder for a country that’s never hosted an F1 race.
