The third Indian Grand Prix, every single lap in India so far has been led by one man, the same man who can win the title this weekend, Sebastian Vettel.

Exactly two years ago today (9th October) was the 2011 Japanese GP, the race where Sebastian Vettel won his second World Drivers’ Championship. If Vettel wins this weekend and Alonso is ninth or lower then he will win his fourth.

The Korean GP is one of the less exciting tracks on the calendar. It’s been raced at three times, won by Alonso in 2010 and Vettel in 2011 & 2012.

Almost time for the Singapore GP, F1s night race. This is the sixth race at the Marina Bay Street Circuit and the first without the Singapore Sling chicane.

The Italian GP, back in 1950 Giuseppe Farina won the first ever World Drivers’ Championship here and is the only driver to win the title in his home country. Monza is the most used circuit in F1 history, it has been used every year since 1950 with the exception of 1980.

F1 is back! After a long summer break the Belgian GP is here. This weekend will be the 46th F1 race at Spa-Francorchamps and the 58th Belgian GP. The race has been held at three circuits, Spa-Francorchamps, Nivelles-Baulers and Circuit Zolder.

Hungary Hungary Hamilton! By far the worst opening line I’ve ever typed. At the start of the season Vettel hadn’t won four of the races on the 2013 calendar, now just two remain, Hungary and USA. Vettel could also achieve his 40th pole position.

The German GP! One of few races that Sebastian Vettel hasn’t yet won. This will be the 60th German GP and the 40th race at the Nürburgring. Vettel could get his 40th pole or 30th win this weekend and Mercedes-Benz engines could get their 100th pole or fastest lap.

SILVERSTONE! The home of British motorsport and the 64th British GP, one of only two nations to have hosted a grand prix every year since 1950, Italy being the other. This will be the 47th F1 race at Silverstone, the British GP has also been held at Aintree and Brands Hatch.

This is the 44th Canadian GP and the 34th at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve. 14 or 42.42% have been won from pole position, slightly higher than the average of 38.70% of the races on the 2013 calendar. The first championship race in Canada was held at Mosport Park in 1967 and won by Sir Jack Brabham.
