The Women of Racing

FIA Formula E

So a few years ago I wrote about the women of F1, and following the simply moronic and outdated comments from Bernie Ecclestone, I felt I needed to add more.

Is there Enough F1 Social Media Presence?

Glenn Dunbar/Williams F1

“I’m not interested in tweeting, Facebook and whatever this nonsense is” were words uttered by Bernie Ecclestone just over a year ago now. From that, it seemed as if F1 was well and truly stuck in the dark ages: no presence on massive social media platforms which simply gets people talking. F1 seemed more worried about quashing all F1 social media …

2015 Grand Prix of Sonoma Preview: The Six-Way Championship Showdown

With heavy hearts, the IndyCars head to California for the final round of the 2015 season. Following the death of the ever-popular Justin Wilson at the last round at Pocono, there will be a subdued feeling around the paddock during the weekend. Sebastien Bourdais is beginning to cement his name into the IndyCar greats with a brilliant win where he was one lap ahead of the entire field at one point. However, Penske seemed to struggle, and this is starting to allow a few underdogs to get their nose into the ring as we head into the business end of the season.

2015 Wisconsin 250 Preview

IndyCar was back to its very finest at the Auto Club Speedway, but it was not without controversy. The sometimes five-wide pack racing split opinion amongst drivers, whilst the likes of Sage Karam and Takuma Sato came under severe fire for some of their antics on the circuit. Meanwhile, Will Power managed to upset social media for the umpteenth time …
