Is there Enough F1 Social Media Presence?

Glenn Dunbar/Williams F1

“I’m not interested in tweeting, Facebook and whatever this nonsense is” were words uttered by Bernie Ecclestone just over a year ago now. From that, it seemed as if F1 was well and truly stuck in the dark ages: no presence on massive social media platforms which simply gets people talking. F1 seemed more worried about quashing all F1 social media …

2015 Grand Prix of Sonoma Preview: The Six-Way Championship Showdown

With heavy hearts, the IndyCars head to California for the final round of the 2015 season. Following the death of the ever-popular Justin Wilson at the last round at Pocono, there will be a subdued feeling around the paddock during the weekend. However, the championship finale goes ahead as planned, and due to a completely unnecessary use of double points, …

Justin Wilson: 1978 – 2015

The motor racing world is in mourning today following the sad news of Justin Wilson’s death. Whilst the statistics will say that Wilson managed just one season in F1, scoring one point, his record elsewhere was much more than reasonable. Does IndyCar Need a Virtual Safety Car?

However, Penske seemed to struggle, and this is starting to allow a few underdogs to get their nose into the ring as we head into the business end of the season.

Meanwhile, Will Power managed to upset social media for the umpteenth time …

How is the 2015 IndyCar Season Shaping up?

The 2015 IndyCar season has been a bit of a slow burner to date. We had some woefully dull races early on in the year, despite delivering different winners for each of the first five rounds. However, the last few rounds have been phenomenal, and certainly IndyCar and motor racing at its very best – as Toronto showed. Six races …
