Some very early stats this week, but as I’ll be in London for Formula E and Race Week London until Tuesday this is the best time to write everything.

The hills are alive with the sound of horsepower, unless you have a Honda engine. McLaren somehow managed to have a 50 place grid penalty at the Austrian GP, 25 for each driver.

F1 returns to the Red Bull Ring for the Austrian GP, Red Bull will be hoping they do better than they did last year at their home track.

The 24 Hours of Le Mans is possibly my favourite race of the year and this year is (hopefully) the first where I will stay awake and watch the full race, tweeting at least one stat every hour.

The Canadian GP wasn’t quite as good as I had hoped it would be, but it wasn’t as bad as I first thought.

What started off as a rather boring Monaco GP didn’t end too badly, unless your name is Lewis Hamilton.

It’s Monaco time, the slowest race in F1 and the only exclusion to the 305km race distance rule.

Lewis Hamilton didn’t win the Spanish GP! Nico Rosberg took pole position and sailed off into the distance to win the race.

After a short break F1 is back for the Spanish GP at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, a track that has only been won by three non-championship winning drivers.
