The Germans are coming. The 2014 German GP was led from start to finish by a German driver in a German car, wearing a German helmet.

Germany won the World Cup, a German driver leads the Drivers’ Championship and a German team leads the Constructors’ Championship, and now time for the German GP.

An absolutely cracking British GP! A few firsts, an exciting wet qualifying and a mad race with battles for more or less every position.

An amazing return of the Austrian GP! A new man on the podium, a non-Mercedes pole and a front row lock out not seen since 2003.

The return of the Austrian GP! But can Red Bull win in the Red Bull Ring? I’m not so sure.

Late stats again! Sorry for that, but the Canadian GP was slightly insane and for the first time this season, Mercedes did not win the race.

I should really have written this yesterday, but got distracted by the football! Anyway, it’s the Canadian GP weekend and the 35th F1 race at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve.

What an absolutely insane Monaco GP that was, controversy, Mercedes domination, dirt in the eye and points for Marussia.

The Monaco GP is the most unique race on the calendar, it has the shortest track, the slowest speed and is the only exception to the 305km race distance rule.

First race in Europe is over and guess what? Mercedes won the race, first time for everything I guess.
